Welcome to Hirsala Golf!
Hirsala Golf is a Championship level course and known as one of the most highly respected golf courses in Finland since its opening in 2007. The par-73, 6,258-meter golf course has hosted the Finnish Open golf tournament twice, in 2011 and 2015 and The Finnish PGA Championship in 2018. The winners of these tournaments have since succeeded in Challenge Tour and European Tour. Hirsala is frequently visited by some of the best professional and amateur golfers in Finland due to the course’s excellent condition and challenging lay out, especially from black tee.
Hirsala Golf is designed by experienced and respected Northern Irish golf course designer David Jones. The beautiful forest course is carved to fit the naturally beautiful landscape and is proudly taken care of in an environmentally friendly way. Hirsala is the only golf course in Finland to receive the Finnish Golf Union’s Environment Award twice, in 2010 and in 2019. Hirsala Golf also has received four times the international GEO certification of sustainable golf course maintenance and has featured on Mother Nature Network’s list of five greenest golf courses in the world.
